When are dividends paid?
Distributions are at the directors discretion and, in the past, have been made twice yearly (November & May) by way of tender offer share buy-back.

Can I receive my distribution directly into my bank or building society account?

How do I confirm the number of shares that I hold?
Shareholdings can be confirmed by either phoning the Computershare shareholder helpline on 0870 889 3286 or by looking on the following website, www-uk.computershare.com. To look on the website you will need your SRN, family name and your postcode.

What do I need to do if I wish to transfer my shares to someone else?

How do currency fluctuations affect CLS Holdings?
CLS Holdings reports its results in GBP and has operations and investments in Sweden, France and Germany. The Group hedges most of its currency exposure by borrowing against its assets in the currency of the location of each asset. Therefore, only the equity held in the property assets remains affected by currency fluctuations.

The overall approch of the Board is to maintain corporate structures that are acceptable to the fiscal regimes in which the group operates and which fulfil its aims of individual corporates owning assets financed by specific debts. The objective is to ensure that shareholder value does not suffer erosion through inefficient tax management or through exposure to undue risk by aggressive tax planning.
