David Fuller

Company Secretary

David Fuller, FCIS, joined the Group as Deputy Company Secretary in February 2009 and was appointed as Company Secretary on 24 November 2009. David holds an honours degree in Business Studies, specialising in Company Law, and is a Chartered Secretary with over ten years’ experience. He has held senior company secretarial positions within the Financial Services Authority and a number of listed companies.

Philippe Alexis

Aged: 50

Head of the French Operations

Is a Chartered Surveyor and joined the Group in 1997. He is responsible for the asset management of the French properties.

Philippe holds a masters Degree in French Law and a PhD in Economic Science. He also holds a diploma from the I.S.G. French business school in Paris. Prior to joining CLS he worked for several banks in charge of international property finance in Europe and the U.S.

Rolf Mensing

Aged: 44

Property Director - Germany

Is a Chartered Surveyor, joined the Group in 2006 and holds a Master (Diplom-Kaufmann) degree in Business Administration. He spent several years in a German stock listed company as Senior Manager. In 2004 he graduated at European Business School as Immobilien-Portfolio Manager. He is responsible for Asset Management of the German Property Portfolio.

Gary Wickham

Aged: 40

Group Solicitor

Joined CLS in 1999. Previously he was an assistant solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna and was admitted as a solicitor in 1995. He has a LLB law degree from Warwick University and a first class in the Law Society Finals exam from the College of Law. He is responsible for providing legal advice at all levels within CLS.

Alain Millet

Aged: 42

Group Treasurer

Alain Millet joined the CLS Group in 2006 as Group Treasurer and holds a BA (Hons) in European Business Administration from Middlesex University and a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management from Reims Management School, France. Prior to joining CLS, he worked in various positions in the Corporate Treasury divisions of E.ON UK, Lucas-Varity plc and Eurotunnel. He holds the qualification of Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).

Tom Wills

Aged: 45

Group Director - Financial Control & Reporting

Tom Wills joined the CLS Group in 1999. He has a BA(Hons) in Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with extensive experience within the real estate and residential property industries. He qualified in 1992 and has previously held director or senior management level positions at St George Developments, part of the Berkeley Group, Antler Homes, Nera Telecommunications and Orion Publishing Group.
