   Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company received notification on 30 October 2009 that the Sten Mortstedt
family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of
the Company, purchased 7,940 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 443 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary
Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust,
is 25,368,410 Ordinary Shares (52.82%).
