   Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company received notification on 8 December 2009 that the Sten Mortstedt
family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive
Chairman of the Company, purchased 3,303 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 452 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary
Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust,
is 25,441,418 Ordinary Shares (52.98%).
