Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company was notified on 6 May 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by
Sten
Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 49,570 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 490 pence Ordinary Share on 6 May 2010.   Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in
the
number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,003,880
Ordinary
Shares (52.94%).
