Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company was notified:

1.   on 21 May 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman
and Director of the Company, purchased 22,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices
between 467.50 pence and 472 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 May 2010.

2.   on 21 May 2010 that Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt and therefore a connected person, purchased 5,000
Ordinary Shares at prices between 467.50 pence and 472 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 May 2010.

Therefore the Trust's interest, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction
is
25,037,658 Ordinary Shares (53.02%).

3.   today that Thomas Lundqvist, Vice Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price
of
469 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 May 2010.

Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 76,575 Ordinary Shares (0.16%).
