Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified

1.   on 26 May 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt,
Executive
Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares")
at prices of between 436.75 pence and 452 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 May 2010.   Following this transaction, Mr
Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the
Trust, is 25,057,658 Ordinary Shares (53.06%).

2.   on 27 May 2010 that Tom Thomson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 457.85 pence
per Ordinary Share through his SIPP, on 27 May 2010.  Following this transaction, Mr Thomson's interest in the number of
Ordinary Shares is 116,340 Ordinary Shares (0.25%).
