Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 8 June 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust")
established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 222 ordinary shares of 25 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 437.75 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 June 2010 and 3,324 Ordinary Shares at
prices between 446 pence and 450 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 June 2010.

Following these transactions, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr
Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,066,843 Ordinary Shares (53.08%).
