Creating Future Stories

Transforming commercial real estate into sustainable, future-focused wokspaces where people and businesses thrive.

Decisive action by businesses is key to tackling the global sustainability challenges we face.

Our Sustainability Strategy and Net Zero Carbon Pathway outline our commitment to action. We’re investing in our properties, empowering our people and uplifting our communities to realise a sustainable future shared with our stakeholders.

Our Sustainability Strategy

Our Sustainability Strategy maps our journey to 2030. We aim to secure the resilience of our business model and operations by proactively preparing and adapting, before regulations demand it. A more sustainable operating model reduces risks to our balance sheet and better fits future market demands.

Our Sustainability Strategy and Net Zero Carbon Pathway outline targets, frameworks and actions, aligned to sector best-practice, that help us to build a resilient, future-ready business meeting the needs of our stakeholders and the planet. Central to this is our commitment to become a net zero carbon business.

A positive environmental impact

We invest in our properties and collaborate with our occupiers to sustainably manage natural resources, support local environments and build resilience to climate risks, delivering future-ready buildings.

Shared value with our stakeholders

We generate and share value with our stakeholders, by engaging with our occupiers, supporting neighbouring communities and partnering with our supply chain.

A responsible business

Strong governance and transparency provide the basis for demonstrating our values, supporting people and working with our stakeholders to uphold high standards.

We believe the sustainable outcomes and shareholder returns are not a zero sum game. Properly valuing and integrating sustainability risks and opportunities into our business strategy not only provides resilience to future disruption, but can also unlock potential for future growth.
